Shipping policy

Pack Vault TCG ships orders with tracking. Processing time is typically 1-3 business days after payment clears, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless the selected service includes a carrier guarantee.

All shipped orders include tracking. Higher-value orders may require signature confirmation, insurance, or additional verification before shipment.

Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

If tracking shows delivered but the package was not received, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier first. For higher-value shipments, signature confirmation may be used to reduce delivery disputes.

If an item arrives damaged, contact support@packvaulttcg.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the outside package, shipping label, packing materials, and damaged product. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
